thepillChange in Repeat Prescriptions

From 01.06.20 the link above will be changed and will direct patients to  https://www.patientaccess.com

Patients should register on this site as soon as possible and follow directions.

If you have not already registered for patient access, please register now at the site and contact the reception on 01895 442026 to set up your access for future repeat prescriptions.

EMERGENCY PRESCRIPTIONS

It is the patient's responsibility to request repeat prescriptions in time. Please do not allow yourself to run out of your medications. If you do run out of your medication, you can request an emergency prescription, in person, at reception. You will be asked to complete an Emergency Prescription Request which will then be passed to a clinician. Please telephone the surgery after 5pm to see if your prescription is ready. The Practice will endeavour to fulfill your request on the day, however this is not guaranteed.

PLEASE NOTE - an emergency prescription will only cover for 3 day's medication - you will still need to request your medication routinely

Please note that to order a repeat prescription on-line, you need to register using a valid email address. Instructions on doing this can be found by clicking the Repeat Prescriptions tab, or by following the link at the top of this page.

Prescription requests cannot be taken by fax.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IN SOME CASES IT MAY TAKE LONGER DUE TO MEDICATION REVIEW OR QUERY - IF YOU HAVE REQUESTED CONFIRMATION EMAIL YOU SHOULD CHECK STATUS AS YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED IF APPROVED, PARTIALLY APPROVED OR DECLINED.
