If you are planning to travel abroad, please ensure you contact us well in advance to arrange any necessary vaccinations.
To assist the Nurses in assessing your needs, it is essential that they receive your completed assessment form before your appointment. Additionally, we may need to order the required vaccinations in advance.
Protecting the health of world-wide travellers – It is a requirement of this practice that anyone receiving travel vaccinations confirm that they have read the relevant information provided by various websites, see below:

Patients are also required to confirm that they have read and understood in-house travel information folder and are happy to consent to receive vaccinations as advised by the Practice Travel Nurse.
